BWomanStrong is a groundbreaking social project aimed at showcasing the collective strength and resilience of women through health, fitness, wellness and social activities. Through this initiative, we aim to create a platform that celebrates the achievements, voices, and experiences of women from all walks of life, while fostering a sense of community, sisterhood, and empowerment.

"I launched the BWomanStrong project in 2020 during our times of isolation in the first year of the Covid pandemic. My anxieties were getting the best of me and I desperately needed something to tune into. I observed, via social media, how important it was to have a village so I chose to create a platform for me to fulfill my innate aspirations to incite inspiration, togetherness, healing, support, health, fitness, wellness, and social adeptness.
I chose the name BWomanStrong, all one word, to give a sense of strength in unity "

Founder: YouAndi Jackman-Brown
YouAndi Jackman-Brown, originally from Trinidad & Tobago and now residing in Raleigh, NC, is the CEO of Jackman-Brown Enterprise LLC and the Founder of BWomanStrong. She is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. YouAndi holds an MBA with a specialization in Global and Project Management, and she is a Certified ACTION CPT, Master Trainer, and Transformational Wellness Coach. .
Throughout her life, she has drawn upon her personal history and current experiences as sources of inspiration. With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer, she has dedicated herself to advocating for many, transforming countless lives through her unwavering love, care, and inclusive approach. Her journey has allowed her to guide others in transcending their perceived limitations, empowering them to embrace previously unimaginable possibilities and lead lives filled with purpose and fulfillment. Her compassionate and inclusive nature has made her a beacon of hope and transformation for those fortunate enough to be under her guidance.
