As a fitness professional with 10 years of experience, I was unprepared for perimenopause and the chronic anxiety that came with it, along with 1/2 of the 34 other symptoms ha! The lack of information and support for female health and wellbeing has been disappointing. Menopause has been a taboo topic until recently, with few women openly discussing their experiences. I aim to help women navigate this phase of life with resilience and a positive attitude.
