At BWSFIT, we believe in the importance of understanding each individual's unique goals. That's why we take the time to truly get to know you. Our personal training program is designed to create an environment where all bodies can move, strengthen, heal, and thrive. We welcome individuals of all fitness levels, abilities, and limitations.
We are a group of women who have come together with a shared purpose, but without any formal commitment or obligation. As a non-committal collective, each member is free to contribute as much or as little as they desire, without any pressure or expectation.
During this Complimentary Catalyst Session, we will conduct a needs assessment to determine if I am the right fit to support you. This session will provide you with an opportunity to experience my coaching approach. Additionally, you will receive immediate practical steps and tips to help kick-off your wellness goals. I am excited to help kick start your transformation.
